• A randomly generated, anonymous user ID.
• The queries you enter on Ideakyn.

These data are stored without any link to your identity.

3. How We Use the Data

• To generate semantic networks based on your inputs.
• To improve and refine Ideakyn’s functionality.

We never use this data for advertising, profiling, or other unrelated purposes.

4. Legal Basis for Processing Your Data

We process data based on your consent (for users entering queries) and legitimate interest (for improving our service and performance).

5. Data Retention

Query data may be stored temporarily or permanently to enhance performance, support research, and detect misuse.

We periodically clean up unused or old data.

Users have the right to request deletion of their data at any time (see "Data Deletion" below).

6. Data Deletion

You can request the deletion of your data associated with your UID (your user identification number, including queries and related data) at any time by clicking the button below. This will remove all eligible data stored on our servers.

How It Works:

When you click the "Delete My Data" button:

• We delete all session data associated with your UID.
• We also delete your semantic networks if they have not been shared.
• If a semantic network has been shared, it will be retained so others can continue to access it.

Any unused data older than 30 days is automatically deleted. Since your UID is not personally identifiable, you do not need to be logged in to request deletion. Just click the button, and we will delete your data.

If you do not have access to your UID, you can still request data deletion by contacting us directly (see "Contact Us").

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

8. Third-Party Services

Ideakyn does not currently integrate with third-party services that collect user data.

If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and ensure GDPR compliance with any third parties.

9. Your Rights Under GDPR & Other Global Privacy Laws

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of all data related to your interaction with Ideakyn, including queries and your anonymous user ID.
• Object to or restrict processing of your data.
• Request data portability (though this may not apply as the data is anonymized).

While we specifically mention GDPR (Europe) and CCPA (California) due to their strict requirements, we strive to comply with all applicable data protection laws worldwide.

10. Your Rights Under CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights:

• Right to Know: We only collect your anonymous user ID and queries. No names, emails, IPs, or other personal data are collected.
• Right to Delete: You may delete your data at any time using the "Delete My Data" button above or by contacting us.
• Right to Opt Out of Sale: We do not sell your data.
• Right to Non-Discrimination: Exercising your privacy rights will not affect access or service quality.
