• You are identified by a randomly generated anonymous ID.

• If you submit input, you retain rights to your original content but grant us a non-exclusive license to use it to improve the service.

• You must not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
• You agree to respect the intellectual property of others.

10. Copyright and Ownership

All source code powering Ideakyn—including frontend interface code and backend logic for generating semantic networks—is the exclusive intellectual property of Ideakyn. Copyright protection applies automatically upon creation, in accordance with applicable copyright laws. Any unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, or reverse-engineering of Ideakyn’s codebase is prohibited and may result in legal action.

11. Shared Networks

If you choose to share a semantic network by clicking the "Share Network" button, you acknowledge and agree that the associated data may become publicly accessible via a unique link. By sharing, you grant Ideakyn a non-exclusive right to retain and display this shared data, even if you later request deletion of your personal data. Shared networks may be preserved independently for continued access, reference, or transparency.

12. Limitation of Liability

Ideakyn is provided “as is”, without any warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use or reliance on the platform.
